Booking and Cancellation Policy
1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
1.2 New clients must book a consultation before any treatment.
1.3 We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Sundays do not count towards the notice period, so Monday appointments must be changed by the same time on Saturday. Late changes will result in a forfeited deposit.
1.4 A treatment package session will be forfeited if it is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend.
1.5 We offer one free initial consultation per person. If you cancel or reschedule it with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $65 rebooking fee is payable before a new consultation can be booked. Please choose your time and date carefully.
1.6 Clients who miss any appointment without contacting us will not be able to rebook.
1.7 We reserve the right to cancel appointments without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies. We will make every effort to reschedule appointments at the earliest convenience. Any deposit paid will be transferred to your new appointment or refunded.
Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking all treatments and treatment packages. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received.
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of service.
2.3 We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know, and we will make every effort to address your concerns
2.4 We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
Health and Safety Policy
3.1 We take the health and safety of our clients seriously. We adhere to all local and state health and safety regulations.
3.2 Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the service provided.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit symptoms of illness, such as fever, cough, or runny nose.
Privacy Policy
4.1 We respect the privacy of our clients and do not share any personal information with third parties without prior consent.
4.2 We may collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email address for the purpose of providing services and communicating with clients.
4.3 We use cookies to enhance the user experience on our website. Clients have the option to disable cookies in their web browser settings.
Liability Policy
5.1 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
5.2 We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction resulting from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5.3 Clients assume all risks associated with the services provided and agree to release us from any liability for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the services provided.
General Provisions
6.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the salon and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
6.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the salon is located. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
